Stock Alert App — Privacy Policy Addendum

This Addendum is part of, and should be read together with, the Green To Go Master Privacy Policy. It describes exactly what the Stock Alert app ("the App") collects, how it's used, and which third-party providers are involved. Where this Addendum is silent, the Master Privacy Policy applies.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what's needed to operate the App:

| Account email address | Used to create your account, sign you in, and (if you enable email alerts) deliver alert notifications to you. |
| Push notification token | A device-generated identifier that lets us deliver push notifications to your device. This is not the same as your physical device ID and cannot be used to identify you outside the context of this App. |
| Ticker symbols and alert preferences | The stock tickers, delivery time, and notification channels (push and/or email) you configure for each alert. |
| Time zone | Detected automatically from your device, used to fire your alerts at the correct local time. |
We do not collect your name, payment information, location data, browsing history, health information, or any information beyond what's listed above.
We do not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in this App. If that changes, this table will be updated to disclose the specific tool and data involved before the change takes effect.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information above solely to:
- Create and maintain your account;
- Send the stock alerts you configure, via push notification and/or email;
- Diagnose and fix delivery issues (e.g., a notification that failed to send);
- Maintain the security and integrity of the App.
We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing unrelated to the App.
3. Third-Party Service Providers

These providers are contractually and technically limited to using your data only to provide their service to us, and not for their own independent purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and alert data for as long as your account is active.
Alerts that have no working delivery method (no valid push token and email delivery turned off) for 90 consecutive days are automatically deleted, since they can no longer notify anyone.
You may delete individual alerts at any time from within the App. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us at the email below — we will complete the deletion within 30 days, consistent with the Master Privacy Policy.
5. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See Section 8 of the Master Privacy Policy for details.
